PLANNING Phase
In the planning phase, we work together with our customers in identifying, analysing and optimising key logistics processes in the company. All customer-specific processes can be depicted with interactive GUI prototypes.
BUILD Phase
The build phase specifies the development and configuration of the WMS. In doing so, the customer is involved in the relevant development phase and we ourselves adhere to a rigorous process model to ensure the project meets deadlines and budget.
RUN Phase
The run phase specifies the ongoing operation of the WMS. Individual maintenance contracts, ongoing monitoring of key components via remote maintenance and telephone hotline support – all this allows us to respond as quickly as possible to customer requirements and to changes in processes or the market place. The result is maximum security and reliability of operation as well as rapid support when needed.
